Consent to Collecting and Using Personal Information

I hereby consent to the collection and use of my personal data by RaonSecure Co., Ltd., SK Telecom Co., Ltd., KT Corporation, LG Uplus Corp., and mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) that lease mobile network infrastructure from telecommunications carriers to provide independent mobile communication services (collectively, the “Company”), as set forth below, for the purpose of using the Simple Identity Verification Service (the “Service”) provided by RaonSecure Co., Ltd.

  1. Collected Item

  • User’s mobile phone number, Name, Registered Mobile Carrier, Date of Birth and Gender

  1. Purpose of Use

  • Check the accuracy of the collected information

  • Service-related consultation and complaint handling, etc.

  1. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

  • Retained and used only for the period during which the User uses the Service; provided, however, that where required by applicable laws and regulations, such information shall be retained and used for the period prescribed therein (details shall be as set forth in the Company’s Privacy Policy).

  • The collected information will be destroyed without delay when the service is withdrawn.

  1. You may not agree to the collection, use, and provision of personal information above, and if you do not agree, you cannot use this service.

※ Matters related to the handling of personal information related to the services provided by the Company shall be subject to the personal information handling policy stated on the Company's website below.

I am familiar with the above and agree to this.

개인정보 수집•이용 동의

본인은 라온시큐어(주)가 제공하는 스마트폰 간편 인증 서비스(이하 ‘서비스’라 합니다)를 이용하기 위해, 다음과 같이 라온시큐어(주), 에스케이텔레콤㈜, ㈜케이티, LG유플러스㈜ 및 통신사의 이동 전화망을 임대하여 독자적인 이동통신 서비스를 제공하는 가상이동통신망사업자(이하 ‘회사’라 합니다)가 본인의 개인정보를 수집•이용하는 것에 동의합니다.

  1. 수집항목

  • 이용자의 휴대전화 번호, 성명, 가입 통신사, 생년월일, 성별

  1. 이용목적

  • 수집된 정보의 정확성 여부 확인

  • 서비스 관련 상담 및 불만 처리 등

  1. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

  • 이용자가 서비스를 이용하는 기간에 한하여 보유 및 이용. 다만, 법령에서 정하는 경우 해당 기간까지 보유 및 이용(상세 사항은 회사의 개인정보취급방침에 기재된 바에 따름)

  • 수집된 정보는 서비스 이용 철회 시 지체 없이 파기됩니다.

  1. 상기 개인정보 수집•이용•제공에 동의하지 않으실 수 있으시며, 동의하지 않으신 경우 본 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다.

※ 회사가 제 공하는 서비스와 관련된 개인정보의 취급과 관련된 사항은 아래의 회사 홈페이지에 기재된 개인정보취급방침에 따릅니다.
