We are looking for an excellent tactical professional to be an extension of the leadership team on the operations side of the business. As the hub of the operations wheel, you will keep the trains running on time.

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, operations, or a similar role.

• Effective at accomplishing tasks quickly.

• Strong communicator, particularly in written form.

• Highly driven disposition and comfort taking action in ambiguity.

Your mandate will be to help create an organization where people can do the work of their lives.

• Oversee finance operations.

• Operationalize the rhythm of the business.

• Work with hiring managers on roles, interview processes, recruiters, offers, and onboarding.

• Run point on legal matters alongside the CEO.

• Aggressively take, triage, automate, delegate administrative or operational work.
