As a Senior Product Manager at Trinsic, you'll have the opportunity to redefine how people around the world interact with their personal data and manage their identity. You'll be making the world and its useful services more accessible to people who desperately need it. The work you do will have a large, direct impact on both Trinsic and the world.

TL;DR:

• Everybody at Trinsic is smart and down-to-earth. We work as a team to complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses, transcending job titles. Your responsibility is to understand our customers and then make sure we’re building the right product to serve them effectively.

• This role will function as a product manager, but you should feel comfortable growing into a product leader. You’ll be our first dedicated product manager, which means you’ll work directly with our customers and the entire team to ensure we’re building the right product.

• You won’t spend more than 4 hours in internal recurring meetings per week on average.

• There are things we suck at, things that are broken, fires raging, etc. You need to be comfortable with that and be willing to make Trinsic better.

You’ll join us in researching customer problems and defining product improvements from the open source standards, and partnerships our platform needs. We try to hire people who will do the work of their lives at Trinsic. That person will:

• Define and work with the team to deliver product improvements in our SDKs and documentation by blending analytics, research, and intuition.

• Foster strategic technology and business partnerships across industries and geographies.

• Reduce the learning curve to onboard into the product for our customers and new members of the team.

Ideally you’ll also have:

• 5+ years of experience collaborating directly with senior engineers and leadership to build customer-facing developer tools like APIs and SDKs.

• Experience empowering cross-functional teams of engineers and designers by leading through influence.

• Impeccable follow-through.

• Interest in open-source software and/or decentralized identity.

• Opinionated hypotheses on how to effectively innovate with a remote-first team.
