As the first Strategy & BizOps hire at Trinsic, you'll work directly with our founding team to set our strategic direction, helping solve our most pressing problems along the way. We're tackling one of the hardest unsolved problems on the internet—trust—so there are no shortage of head-scratchers. The product of your work has the potential to impact billions of people by making the world's useful services more accessible and secure.

Trinsic is backed by leading venture capital & strategic investors and is making headway in an enormous market. You'll be a core member of a supportive, remote team that works hard and has fun. You'll be our first strategy hire, so this is an opportunity to sign your name on a rocket ship and help make sure we leave the atmosphere. You'll work directly with me and interact frequently with the other founders as well.

We're looking for:

• Someone who is extremely intellectually curious and smiles when faced with a thorny problem to solve

• Someone who can think big-picture AND execute at a tactical level

• An exceptional communicator with strong business acumen

• Experience and comfort speaking to executives, customers, prospects, etc.

• A highly organized person who doesn't let things slip through the cracks

• Self-directed and highly-motivated to make an impact

• 2-4 years experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, startup, or other relevant experience
