Background:

Trinsic is seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to join our team as we strive to be a world-leading IDtech infrastructure provider. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the UX design of all things market-facing including our website, docs, apps, portals, dashboards, and marketing materials.

As a UX expert, you will be an individual contributor/team of 1. You’ll also manage our design contractors. We’re looking for someone with a track record of leading and building design systems for B2B companies addressing complex domains, delivering high-quality engineering-ready design at a sustained high pace.

• The most important strength for this role is the ability to listen to the market, customers, and colleagues to make informed, measurable design decisions and drive the necessary creatives to achieve targeted outcomes, while building and improving Trinsic's UX processes.

• You will be relentless in standing up for the customer in triad discussions while compromising on great for the sake of good.

• As a wizard in Figma, you must be able to communicate clearly and directly with engineering teams, turning feedback into action that is traceable so things don't get missed or confused.

• At least 3 years of exceptional experience, ideally more than 5 years.

• Has a highly entrepreneurial disposition: experimentation & iteration, drive & self-motivation, and comfort taking action in ambiguity.

• Experience at venture-backed, early-stage startups preferred, especially in security, identity, infrastructure, dev tools, or web3.

• We’ve got a technical product, so you need the aptitude to become fluent in how to speak to our product.

• Must be very product-minded and excited to be a team-player.

• Must be an exceptional communicator & storyteller with customers and internally.

• You should believe you can make an impact on the world by being part of a team solving big problems.
